"The second appeal tender is of year 2014. It was dismissed by a coordinate Bench on 8th March, 2015 and restored thereafter on 3rd October, 2016. Defect of omission to file certified copies of judgment and decree of trial Court has not been removed.

It is expected the defect will be removed, failing which put up for final order on 28th July, 2021.
