Mr. Chatterjee submits that leave be granted to

the application, withdraw the application, being CAN

4548 of 2018, as the Appellant does not wish to proceed

further with the application.

Mr. Majumder accordingly submits that no

affidavit-in-opposition is called for on behalf of the

respondents/the Bank to CAN 4548 of 2018.

CAN 4548 of 2018 stands thus dismissed as

not pressed.

The appeal is heard on merits.

Hearing stands concluded.
