Learned Counsel appearing for the Indian

Institute of Science Education and Research, Kolkata

being respondent no.2 to 4 in the instant application

submits that the against a Judgment passed by His

Lordship Hon'ble Justice Soumen Sen and Hon'ble

Justice Saugata Bhattacharyya on 23rd December, 2020

which arises out of the present writ petition, the institute

has preferred SLP before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and

prays for accommodation of 15 days.

Mr. Bhattacharya, appears for the petitioner

and vehemently opposes the prayer of the respondent

Institute.
