This Court appreciates the submissions

the petitioner by Chief Manager, HRM

order is a subject matter of challenge in the

instant writ petition.

The matter has a long history and the

culminated in the dismissal order against the

petitioner were challenged before this Court and

set aside by a Single Bench and the order was

upheld by the Division Bench.

The petitioner was not paid his dues for

the entire period from 2004 till April 2014,

which was allowed once again by a Co-ordinate

Bench of this Court and a sum of about Rs. 74

lakhs and odd has been paid to the petitioner.

The petitioner now claims Stagnation

Pay, conveyance/transport, telephone and

entertainment, allowances that have been

rejected also by the impugned order. The

petitioner also prays for interest on delayed

payment of his employment dues.

The insurance company shall, within a

period of 45 days from date, pass a suitable

order after revisiting the order dated August 26,

2020 and communicate the same to the

petitioner within 7 days thereof.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant

writ petition is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to

costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this

judgment, if applied for, be given to the parties

upon compliance of all formalities.
