The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners

submits that the present writ petition has been preferred

challenging the selection process pertaining to the 1 st State

Level Selection Test, 2016 for recruitment to the post of

assistant teachers in Upper Primary Schools in the State of

West Bengal.

By a judgment delivered on 11th December, 2020 in

similar matters, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court has set aside

and cancelled the selection process for appointment of

candidates to the post of assistant teachers of Upper Primary

Schools in the State of West Bengal pursuant to the notification

published for the said posts on 23rd September, 2016.

In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed

in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly,

disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied

for, be supplied to the parties on completion of all necessary

formalities.
