The Court : This appeal from a judgment and decree dated
20th January, 2021 of a learned single judge of this Court, is
formally admitted.
The appeal has to be heard out.
As all the parties are represented by learned counsel we
dispense with issuance and service of the notice of appeal.
All other formalities are also dispensed with.
As suggested by Mr. Mitra, learned senior counsel
appearing for the respondent no.7, we direct his advocate on
record to prepare an informal paper book and file the same in
this Court by 9th March, 2021, serving a copy thereof on each
of the contesting parties, on usual terms at least three days
before the date of hearing of the appeal.
The application, GA/1/2021 is disposed of.
Mr. Mitra assures the Court that his client will not take
any further step in execution without informing the Court and
the appellants.
List the appeal for hearing on 15th March, 2021 fairly at
the top.
