                     Contempt is alleged of judgment and

             order dated July 10, 2019 passed by Late Protik

             Prakash Banerjee, J.

In those circumstances, let a Rule be

issued upon the alleged contemnor as prayed for.

The petitioner shall put the requisites for

the aforesaid purpose within a period of two days

from date.

The Rule is made returnable on March

11, 2021.

It is submitted by the counsel for the

petitioner as also Mr. Atarup Banerjee, counsel for

the petitioners in WPA Nos. WPA 17770 of 2018,

WPA 17772 of 2018, WPA 17775 of 2018, WPA

17776 of 2018 and WPA 17778 of 2018 were

directed to be tagged along with WPA 17777 of

2018.

Let the aforesaid matters be listed

independently but immediately after the contempt

application and WPA 17777 of 2018.

Leave is granted to the petitioner to

correct the cause title in course of the day.

Department is directed to place the file of

WPA 17777 of 2018.
