The Court: Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner points out certain

typographical errors in the judgment and order dated December 18, 2020. He

seeks corrections thereof.

Since the errors are typographical in nature, the same are corrected as

follows :

In the seventh, ninth and fourteenth line at page two of the judgment and

order dated December 18, 2020 the date "January 19, 2019" be read as "January

9, 2019". In the fifth line at paragraph four the date "October 19-20" be read as

"October 9, 2020". In the tenth line of paragraph six "Clause 16" be read as

"Clause 26". In the eighth line of paragraph twenty "November 21, 2019" be

read as "November 22, 2019". In the second and third line of paragraph twenty

two the date "August 17, 2019" be read as "August 7, 2019".

Let these corrections be incorporated in the judgment and order dated

December 18, 2020.
