The State of West Bengal & Ors.

Ms. Chaitali Bhattacharya Mr. Subhendu Roy Choudhuru ... for the respondent nos. 1 to 4

There is a considerable delay in the present writ

petition. The petitioner seeks to rely upon a judgment passed

by the Supreme Court in 2014 and a judgment of a Division

Bench of this Court in 2018. The petitioner accepted

voluntary retirement as on 2014. The petitioner's

representation is of 2019 and the action of the respondents

rejecting such representation is of 2021. The petitioner is,

therefore, no case for any interim order.

Let affidavit-in-opposition be filed within a week

from the date Court reconvene in 2022, reply, if any, be filed

within a week thereafter.

List this matter in 4th week of January, 2022.
