The Court:- It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that
notwithstanding the earlier orders of Court, the warrants of arrest against the
judgment-debtors have not yet been executed.
The returnable date for execution of the warrants of arrest be extended
by a period of eight weeks from date. In the meantime, Deputy Sheriff is directed
to file a Report as to what steps have been taken for execution of the warrants of
arrest and as to why the same have not yet been executed.
The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of
the local police station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrants of
arrest and production of the judgment-debtors before this Court on or before the
returnable date.
Let this matter appear on 10th February, 2022.
