The Court : We admit the appeal, subject to the question of

maintainability point raised by learned counsel for the respondent. The

point raised is that an application for review of the decree was made by

the appellant/judgment debtor, which was dismissed. A Special Leave

Petition preferred from that order before the Supreme Court was

'disposed of as withdrawn'. Hence, this appeal is not maintainable.

We will consider the stay application [IA: NO.GA/1/2021] tomorrow.
