        The Court: It appears from the submissions made on behalf of the

award holder that an earlier execution arising out of the same award was

passed sometime in September, 2015 and by a judgment of a learned Single

Judge dated 1st March, 2021, the execution case was directed to be withdrawn

for filing before the Commercial Division. The present application was filed in

July, 2021 thereafter.

        Since the award debtor nos. 3 and 4 is represented formal notice on the

said parties is not required to be given. Let notice of this application be served

on the respondent nos. 1 and 2 within 48 hours.

List this matter on 12th August, 2021. Service to be completed in the

meantime.
