Stamp Reporter has said that date of signing of the

appellate decree has been given in the memo, which

calls for deletion. We do not think this can obstruct

moving of the appeal for admission since rule 7 in

Order XX, Code of Civil Procedure says that the date

of decree is the date when judgment was pronounced.

As last chance to appellant, we adjourn the

appeal.
