                         CAN 6346 of 2019 is application by applicant /

             appellant / wife for payment of Rs.10,000/- towards

             alimony pendente lite with retrospective effect from date of

             impugned judgment and litigation cost of Rs.20,000/-. Mr.

             Ghose, learned advocate appears on her behalf but

             respondent / husband goes unrepresented.        Mr. Ghose

points out that there was satisfaction of Court regarding

service as recorded in order dated 24th March, 2021.

Applicant will serve copy of this order on

respondent / husband and file affidavit-of-service. In event

respondent / husband goes unrepresented on adjourned

date, we shall presume that the application is therefore

unopposed and will be allowed.
