The appellant-NHAI is present. Respondent no.3 is verified through VC and counsel for respondent no.3 got his signature on settlement. They have willingly and amicably settled the dispute and filed settlement agreement dated 12.03.2026 on record. Terms of settlement agreement are read over and recorded. It is marked "X" for identification.
In view of the settlement agreement, award is passed and the respondent no.3 shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation along with accrued interest, after deducting the amount, if any already withdrawn, as per order of the court.
In terms of above, Arbitration Appeal is disposed of.
Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellants as per rules.
