2. Parties have reconciled their dispute in Writ Petition Nos.
3133/2020, 3144/2020, 5320/2023, 5324/2023 and 5325/2023 and
filed Consent Terms. Since the objection is raised by Mr. Patel, learned

Addl. GP, he shall submit his objections before the Consent Terms are
taken on record and appropriate order is passed. In other three
Petitions, grievance of Management is that Respondent No. 1 - Teacher
is not willing to sign. Mr. Tajane is directed by Court to look into it
and accordingly apprise the Court on the next adjourned date.
3. With respect to other 8 Petitions, reasons for non-filing of the
Consent Terms shall be apprised by Management to this Court so that
this Court shall take cognizance of the same and pass appropriate
orders.
4. Needless to state that Mr. Patel shall be heard on clause Nos 6
and 7 of the Consent Terms. At this request, stand over to 30th March,
2026 under the caption "for Orders".
