The learned counsel for the petitioner-Corporation submits that yesterday, four writ petitions filed by the petitioner herein, seeking identical relief, were listed and they have been adjourned to 10.03.2026. It is submitted that the present petition also raises identical issue of challenge to awards passed under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

2. It is further brought to our notice that there are a number of other petitions filed by the said petitioner, raising identical issue and it is submitted that it would be in the interest of justice that all the petitions are take up together for consideration on the next date i.e. 10.03.2026.

3. In view of the above, list the present petition along with following writ petitions for further consideration on 10.03.2026:
