P.C. : Ld. Advocate for Applicants seeks three weeks time to remove office objections.

The Hon'ble Apex Court, vide Judgment dated 06.03.2025 passed in Civil Appeal Nos. 3640-3642 of 2025, so also, vide Judgment passed in Rahul S. Shah Vs. Jinendra Kumar Gandhi reported in (2021) 6 SCC 418 , directed to decide Execution Applications within six months from the date of filing. In view of the said directions, request of granting three weeks to remove office objections, cannot be accepted.

By way of last chance, in the interest of justice, Applicant to remove office objections on the Execution Applications and get the same numbered and/or registered within two weeks from the date of uploading of order, failing Execution Applications to stand rejected for non-compliance of O.S. Rule 986.
