1. When the matter is called out, Ms.Rehana Nulwala, learned

Counsel, appears for the Execution Applicant and submits that Mr.Anuj

Narula leads her in the matter, however, he is not available right now

and the matter be kept back. Ms.Nulwala submits that the matter be

heard on a fixed date, at a fixed time.

2. None appears for the Judgment Debtors.

3. Let objections to the Interim Application on lodging number be

removed within a period of three weeks and registered number be

obtained, failing which, the said Interim Application to stand dismissed

without further reference to this Court.

4. Subject to the above, since time is being sought on behalf of the

Execution Applicant / Plaintiff, list on 11th November 2025 at 4.30 p.m.
