petitioners in Writ Petition No.5456 of 2025 and Writ Petition No.6028
of 2025 made further submissions to challenge the Government
Resolution dated 15th March, 2024 and concluded his arguments.
2. Mr N.V. Bandiwadekar, the learned Senior Counsel appearing
for the petitioners in Writ Petition (St) Nos.15761 of 2025 and Writ
Petition (St) No.15782 of 2025 made submissions to challenge the
Government Resolution dated 15th March 2024 with referecne to the
previous orders of staffing pattern sanctioned by the competent
authority.
3. Mr. Kapadnis, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in
Writ Petition Stamp No.13145 of 2025, Writ Petition No.5759 of 2025
and Writ Petition No.10321 of 2025 adopted the arguments made by
Mr. Pakale, the learned senior counsel. He has also relied on the
judgment in the case of "Rajneesh Kumar Pandey Vs. Union of India",
2021 (17) SCC 1 and Avinash Mehrotra vs. Union of India & Ors .,
2009(6) SCC 398.
4. Post the matter for further consideration on 30th July 2025 at 4.00
