The above Interim Application is filed seeking a stay

of the impugned decree and judgment dated 8 th February, 2024

passed by the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai.

2 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Respondent-husband stated that he has instructions to appear in

the above matter and that he will be filing his Vakalatnama within

a period of one week from today. The said statement is accepted as

an undertaking given to this Court. The learned counsel has also

requested for some time to file an affidavit in reply to the above

Interim Application.

3 Acceding to his request, we place the above matter on

21st June, 2024. The affidavit in reply, if any, shall be filed on or

before 14th June, 2024 and a copy of the same shall be served on

the advocates for the Appellant. In the meanwhile, and without

prejudice to the rights and contentions of both parties, the

Respondent-husband is directed not to get remarry.

4 Stand over to 21st June, 2024.
