PER COURT :

1. The first three Petitioners namely, Saraswati,

Balaji and Maruti are siblings. The fourth Petitioner

Sunita claims to be a cousin relative. All four have

suffered a common impugned judgment dated 13.02.2024,

by which it has been concluded that they did not belong

to the Mannerwarlu Scheduled Tribe category.

2. All the Petitioners are in Government

services. All make a statement that they would tender

affidavits/undertakings declaring that they would not

seek increments, pay revision, pay fixation, promotion,

service benefits etc., until their claims are

validated. On the basis of such affidavits/undertaking,

they pray for protection of their services.

3. Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on

02nd April, 2024. The learned AGP waives service of

notice on behalf of all the Respondents.

4. On the condition that each of the Petitioners

would tender an affidavit/undertaking, as noted above,

within 15 days with their respective employers and in

this Court as well, we direct their respective

employers not to terminate their services only for the

reason that their claims have been invalidated.

5. All office objections to be removed on or

before 26.03.2024, failing which, the Petition shall be

dismissed without further reference to the Court on

27.03.2024.
