authorities in support of the proposition that in the event the

Written Statement is not filed within a period of thirty days from

the receipt of the writ of summons, the Court shall pronounce

judgment against the Defendants. Learned Counsel seeks some

time to furnish the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the

matter.
