This is an application for suspension of substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed against the applicant/appellant vide judgment dated 22.01.2018 in Sessions Case No.94 of 2014, passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge-5, Nanded, for the offence punishable under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant prays, on instructions, that the applicant does not press the application and the appeal may be heard.

3. The appeal is of year 2018. The applicant/appellant is behind the bars. We are, therefore, inclined to hear the appeal finally. The application stands disposed of.
