1. The civil application has been filed by the organization for rights of tribals for intervention in the present petition.

2. The present petition questions the judgment of the Central Administrative Tribunal dated 07/07/2023, which relates to the reversion/promotion of the respondents, with which obviously the applicant would have no concern, as that is the individual cause of the respondents, considering which, we do not see any reason to allow the application for intervention. The civil application is therefore rejected. No order as to costs.
