This is an application for permission to withdraw the balance amount of compensation. The appeal which has been dismissed in default by order dated 15.06.2021.

2. Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

3. Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that he is in process of drafting the application/affidavit seeking restoration of the First Appeal.

4. Considering the time from dismissal of the appeal (order dated 15.06.2021), the respondent Nos.1 and 2 cannot be denied the benefits of the judgment and order.

5. Accordingly the application is allowed. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are allowed to withdraw the balance amount laying before the Court with the accrued interest.

The application stands disposed of.
