1. This application is for condonation of delay in preferring application

for restoration as well as restoration of Second Appeal (ST) No.

25390/2021 which was rejected by the Registrar by order dated

06/04/2022.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove office

objection within a period of two weeks. The said undertaking is accepted.

3. The reason of non receipt of copy of impugned judgment and

award to said could not be furnished to the registry. This Court finds no

malafides attributable to the applicant, having regard to the fact that it

was Covid-19 pandemic situation.

4. Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'

921.ca11052.23.odt 1 of 2 subject to applicant removing office objections within a period of two

weeks from today. It is clarified that if office objections are not removed

within this period, appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the

Court.
