1. The learned Advocate for the respondent is relied upon the

Judgment of the High Court of Madras in P. T. Lakshman Kumar Vs.

Bhavani, decided on April 23, 2013, wherein various High Courts

Judgments are referred and held that the order passed by the Family

Court under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act is appealable under

Section 19 (1) of the Family Courts Act to the High Court and since

there is such an alternative remedy, in general, a challenge under

Article 227 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable.

2. The learned Advocate for the petitioner to respond to the

submissions of the learned Advocate for the respondent.
