2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the judgment dated 12th December, 2023 at para nos.11 and 12, it is held that the petitioner would be entitled to all the consequential benefits as Assistant Teacher. The learned counsel for the applicant further submits that in stead of 'Assistant Teacher', it should be 'Assistant Head Master' as at the relevant time the petitioner was working as Assistant Head Master and the management

has also submitted proposal for pension of the petitioner as Assistant Head Master.
