              ORDER :

1. The Execution Application is still to be served upon the

Respondent. By this Execution Application, the Claimant/Decree

Holder is seeking execution of the Arbitral Award dated 28 th April,

2022 passed in its favour by which the Respondent/Judgment Debtor KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV

is liable to pay a sum of Rs.1,06,00,55,017/- with future interest @ Digitally signed by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date:

2024.01.08 18:44:19 +0530 13% per annum from 1st February, 2021 till realization of the amount

to the Claimant/Decree Holder.

2. The office is directed to issue Notice to the Respondents,

returnable on 29th January, 2024.

3. In addition to the Court Notice, the Advocate for the

Claimant/Decree Holder is at liberty to serve by way of private notice

upon the Respondent and file Affidavit of Service on or before the

next date.
