We have heard Mr.B.G.Kulkarni, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner for some time on the issue of converting the post of part time librarian to full time librarian, on the strength of students. He submits that this Court is required to reconsider the law laid down by the various Benches.

2) He is granted liberty to submit the compilation of the judgments with the covering notes.

3) The respondents though served, have chosen not to file reply in the matter, as such we grant four weeks time by way of last chance.
