on behalf of the Advocate for the Judgment Debtors that in respect of the

Judgment Debtors No. 2 to 4 there are proceedings pending before the

National Company Law Tribunal ("NCLT") and a moratorium is running

in their favour and a Resolution Professional has been appointed in

respect of the said Respondents. Mr. Dhruva Gandhi also seeks time to

take instructions.
