ORDER:
This is application for condonation of delay of 2600
days in preferring appeal against the judgment and order of
conviction.
2. Heard both the sides. For the reasons given in the
application, the delay is condoned. The application for condonation
of delay stands disposed of.
3. Criminal Appeal is admitted.
4. Learned A.P.P. waives service for the respondent.

the Trial Court.
6. Advocate for the appellant is permitted to place on
