OPERATIVE ORDER :
For the reasons recorded separately, following order is passed :-
ORDER
(I) Criminal appeal is allowed.
(II) Impugned judgment and order of conviction and
consequential sentence imposed against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 447 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, dated 30th November, 2019 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Omerga ('trial Court') in Sessions Case No. 16 of 2018, is hereby set aside. The appellant is acquitted thereof.
(III) The appellant be released forthwith, if not required in any other case.
(IV) Fine amount paid, if any, be refunded to him.
