PER COURT:
1. Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides.
2. The learned Advocate for the Applicant/Petitioner
submits that he has been dismissed from service on 10/09/2015,
for having allegedly indulged in a criminal act. He further
submits that the Special Court (POCSO) has delivered a judgment
on 05/04/2024 in Special Case No.46/2016 and acquitted the
Applicant/Petitioner of the charges of having committed an
offence punishable under the provisions of the Protection of 7374.24ca
Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO Act). He
desires to bring the said judgment on record in the Writ Petition.
3. In view of the above, this Civil Application is
allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
