            1]      Considering the fact that the matters are kept before me for
            clarification, I must clarify that       CARBPL No.11848/2023 has been

reserved for Judgment, pertaining to the potentiality of entertaining Section 9 Application, in an Agreement, which is insufficiently stamped, and whether the interim measures under Section 9 can be granted.

2] I must clarify further, that as far as Section 11 Petition is concerned, since the law is already well settled by the Constitution Bench, that is not the issue, which is deliberated before me.
