1. This is an application seeking permission to deposit the amount of compensation. In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Two weeks time is granted to deposit the amount of compensation, as a last chance.

1. This is an application for condonation of 162 days delay caused in filing an appeal against the impugned judgment and order dated27.7.2022. The reasons have been stated in the application for delay. It is stated that the delay is caused for following necessary procedure such as approvals, permissions, legal opinion etc. and the delay caused is not intentional. In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. Appeal be registered. The application stands disposed of, accordingly.
