The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the Law and Judiciary Department has granted permission to file Special Leave Petition for challenging the judgment in Writ Petition No. 1893 of 2020 ( Khilari Rajendra Eknath and ors. vs. The State of Maharashtra and others) with connected writ petition decided on 28.04.2023 at the Principal Seat.

2. For enabling the learned Assistant Government Pleader to make a statement in that regard, stand over three weeks.

3. The order dated 09.06.2023 referring to the date "01.11.005" is corrected to read "01.11.2005". The order be corrected accordingly and its copy be uploaded thereafter.
