for the Defendant submits that the Managing Director of the Company

is undergoing a cataract operation and would therefore be able to meet

for a settlement only on 14th September 2023.

2. Accordingly, list this matter on 27th September 2023 at 3.00 p.m.

3. It is made clear that if no settlement can be arrived at by that

date, this Court would proceed to pass appropriate orders.
