PER COURT :
1. In this Petition, the Petitioner has filled in 2 forms for the
TAIT examination. He was issued with 2 call letters. He did not
surrender the earlier call letter in the light of clause 4 of the Rules. He
appeared twice in the TAIT examination on the basis of 2 call letters.
As per Rule 14, he is liable for cancellation of his candidature and the
Examination Council, accordingly cancelled his candidature.
2. The above case is squarely covered by the extensive judgment
delivered by this Court dated 25.09.2023 in Writ Petition
No.11920/2023.

3. In view of the settled position, this Petition is dismissed.
