1. By judgment dated 05/07/2021 in Writ Petition No.2328/2021, a direction was issued to the respondent No.3 therein-the Director of Education (Secondary and Higher Secondary), Maharashtra State, Pune to decide the proposal dated 04/03/2021 within a period of eight weeks from the date of the order. Though period of more than two and half years has elapsed, the proposal is yet not been decided. On 04/10/2023 last chance was granted to decide the proposal.

2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader seeks further time of one week by submitting that necessary instructions are yet to be received.

3. Stand over 31/10/2023 to enable the respondent No.1 to comply with the directions issued in Writ Petition No.2328/2021. If the said directions are not complied, the respondent No.1 shall remain present in Court on 31/10/2023.

4. Authenticated copy of this order be supplied to the learned Assistant Government Pleader.
