Heard Mr. Kshirsagar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Though by the judgment dated 01.08.2019 in view of what has been held by the Constitution Bench of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Union of India and another Vs. Hansoli Devi and others (2002) 7 SCC 273 para 11 , the matter was remanded back to the learned Deputy Collector, she has passed an order on 27.09.2019 rejecting the application on the same ground (page 150), considering which, issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 06.11.2023.

3. Petitioners to serve the respondents by all modes permissible in law.
