1. This Interim Application is for leave to amend the petition as

per the draft annexed to schedule "A" thereto.

2. Affidavit in reply has been filed opposing the amendment

application. In the affidavit in reply various judgments have been referred

to oppose the application. Ms. Chavan states that it is on her advice the

averments regarding the judgments have been put in the affidavit in reply.

Rejoinder has also been filed.

3. Since the petition is yet to be admitted and there are resolutions

also annexed to the rejoinder, authorizing filing this petition, keeping open

the rights and contentions of petitioner as well as respondents, we allow the

Interim Application. Amendment to be carried out and amended petition to

be served within one week. Additional reply, if any, to be filed and copy

served within one week thereafter.
