In the meantime, having regard to the facts and circumstances in the present writ petition as also the judgment dated 21.07.2023 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in a bunch of writ petitions leading being Writ Petition No. 8215 of 2022, we as an interim measure direct that the petitioner no.1 shall be permitted to discharge her duties at Indira Gandhi Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Wadner, Tahsil Hinganghat, District Wardha.
