17 February 2023 passed by the Court of Judicial Magistrate
First Class, Thane for the ofences punishable under Sections
498-A and 406 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. A true copy of the judgment referred above is placed on
record.
3. In view of above, the Petition has rendered infructuous
and the same is dismissed accordingly.
