2. Respondent No.2 though served, has not appeared.

3. This is an application for condonation of 259 days delay caused in filing appeal against impugned judgment and award dated 30.03.2019 passed by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Wardha in Land Acquisition Case No. 51 of 2016. The reasons have been stated in the application.

4. In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

5. The delay of 259 days stands condoned.

6. However, it is made clear that appellant shall not be entitled to get the interest or any other statutory benefit 2 35.caf.2384.2023

for this delayed period.

7. The appeal be registered.

8. The Civil Application stands disposed of, accordingly.
