2. This is an application for condonation of 3006 days delay caused in filing appeal against impugned judgment and award dated 25.09.2012 passed by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Nagpur in Land Acquisition Case No. 93 of 2004. The reasons have been stated in the application.

3. In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

4. The delay of 3006 days stands condoned.

5. However, it is made clear that appellants shall not 2 34.caf.2201.2023

be entitled to get the interest or any other statutory benefit for this delayed period.

6. The appeal be registered.

7. The Civil Application stands disposed of, accordingly.

8. Heard.

9. ADMIT.

10. Learned holding Advocate Ms Malika Babhulkar waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3.

11. Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 4 and 5/State.
