The petition challenges the judgment dated 14-07-23 by which the revision filed by the respondent has been allowed and the petitioner has been directed to deposit the amount of Rs.77,721/- before the learned Labour Court, Bhandara within 3 months from the date of the order. The complaint challenges the termination of the petitioner, consequent to which the petitioner is claimed to have received the aforesaid amount as full and final settlement which has been directed to be deposited. It is contended that the aforesaid amount includes 4 months unpaid salary and therefore even otherwise deposit of this unpaid salary, was not justified. In order to show his bonafides the learned Counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, makes a statement that the petitioner is willing to deposit the difference of the aforesaid to amounts by 13-10-2023.
