received a copy of the report. Upon enquiry from the learned Associate

whether the report has been received, learned Associate also answers in

negative.

2. Be that as it may, let the learned Senior Counsel for the Plaintiff

furnish a copy of the report to the learned Counsel for the Defendant

no.1.

3. The Valuer appointed by this Court is also directed to place a

copy of the said report before this Court by the next date.

4. For the learned Counsel to consider the Valuer's report, list on

25th October 2023.
