1. By an order dated 30th August, 2019, this Court stayed the

effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated

9th April, 2010 passed by The Civil Judge (Senior Division) Barshi,

District Solapur in L.A.R. No.650 of 2002 for a period of six weeks

subject to deposit of the entire amount by the appellants-State.

2. Till date, no amount has been deposited by the appellants.

Obviously, there is no stay to the execution as on today.

3. Learned A.G.P seeks time to verify as to whether the amount

has been deposited by the appellants-State.
